Principal Consultant - Talent Search
Prasad holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) from University of Pune, India. With more than 28 years of work experience, Prasad has held leadership roles in HR at multinational and regional corporates, of which more than 25 years have been in the UAE (where he currently resides).
In 2015 he took the “leap of faith” and founded Nexo—an HR consulting firm transforming the way Talent is attracted, developed and retained. He works with CXOs and Business Owners to define and roll out people strategies, critical to sustain their businesses.

Prasad leads Talent Search for senior management up to the CXO level roles globally. Setting and managing clear expectations for all stakeholders in the Search process is paramount for him, as much as maintaining confidentiality all the way. Along with his passionate team of Talent Partners, Prasad diligently works on enhancing the Client and Candidate experience with each assignment. In line with his interest in sustainability initiatives, he has developed a Global Search practice for niche talent in the Renewable Energy industry.
Rajiv Misra
Principal Consultant - HR Consulting & Leadership Coaching
Rajiv is an experienced consultant with over 5,000 hours of facilitation and 2,000 hours of business coaching to his credit. He is an experienced coach with vast experience in coaching C-level executives to help them achieve their goals. An MDI, Gurgaon alumni, he is certified to design and conduct assessment centres and has designed and conducted over 100 Assessment Centres.
With over 37 years of experience, in the Army and senior leadership roles in the corporate world, Rajiv excels in designing customized leadership development interventions for mid and senior positions in the organizations.
Rajiv has worked on diverse interventions in the arena of organizational cultural transformation. He has established a competency framework for industries in the Manufacturing, IT, telecom, BFSI and Pharma sectors.
Rajiv is a Certified Executive Coach from the International Association of Coaches (IAC), a Certified Leadership Coach from the Global Coach Group and a certified NLP practitioner. He is also a certified MBTI practitioner and certified to facilitate the “Bullet Proof Manager” (TM) program.
